This type of bagging machine consists of tubular filtering partitions and impurity collection bags. The number of sleeves varies according to the dimensions, types and quantities of self-cleaning drum filters connected to the bagger.

Functioning and purpose


The dusty air, sucked from the surface of the automatic filter through the suction nozzles, reaches the tubular filtering septum which retains the dust and releases the clean air into the environment. By gravity fall, the powders pass to the underlying polyethylene collection bag which, once filled, must be emptied.

Applications


The bagging machine with bag is recommended for the cleaning of automatic filters that treat air with a small amount of impurities, to avoid that the replacement of the bags takes place too frequently.
The maximum recommended flow rate is 6,000 m3 / h, to avoid the accumulation of bulky waste.
This cleaning system can be used with any type of impurities included in the selection table and, thanks to its simple construction, it is the most economical cleaning system.

This type of bagging machines consists of tubular filtering partitions with relative hoppers and drain valves. The number of sleeves varies according to the dimensions, types and quantities of self-cleaning drum filters connected to the bagger.

Functioning and purpose


The dusty air, sucked from the surface of the automatic filter through the suction nozzles, reaches the tubular filtering septum which retains the dust and releases the clean air into the environment.
By gravity fall, impurities pass to the underlying collecting hopper and are drawn into the exhaust valve opening. With this system you can intermittently empty many sleeves, the number varies depending on the type of material and its quantity. The material sucked by the hoppers will be sent to a single collection system equipped with a compaction system (for example a Jet Filter or Jet Cleaner). In any case, the baggin machins with hoppers is a device that occasionally requires manual cleaning.

Applications


Thanks to the automated emptying, the baggin machine with valves is recommended for the cleaning of automatic filters that treat air with a high amount of impurities and for flow rates higher than 4,000 m3 / h. This filler can be used with any type of impurities included in the selection table and, thanks to its simple construction, is the most economical automated cleaning system, but must be implemented by an additional waste collection and compaction system.
